How it works

Attention, priced fairly.

  1. Step 1

    Post what you're open to

An intent is one line — "Seed round, $2M, dev tools" or "Staff engineer roles, remote" — with a kind, tags and an expiry. People search intents, so the right person finds you instead of guessing from your title.

  2. Step 2

Set up payouts and choose a price

Connect a bank account through Stripe, then set what a stranger pays to message you and how quickly you promise to reply (12–96 hours). You keep 85%.

  3. Step 3

    A paid message arrives

The sender's card is authorised for your price — not charged. You get an email and the message is pinned to the top of your inbox with a countdown.

  4. Step 4

Reply, or decline with a reason

Either one counts as an answer. The payment is captured and your share goes to your Stripe balance. Stripe pays it to your bank.

  5. Step 5

    Or let it lapse

If the window closes without an answer, the authorisation is released automatically. The sender is never charged and Introworth earns nothing.

  6. Step 6

    Connect with people you know

Connections message each other free, forever. Price is only for strangers.

Ranking you can't buy

Search order comes from a private profile-strength score: your title and history, verified identity, and — most of all — whether you answer paid messages on time. There are no ads and nothing to boost.
