Introworth (“we”, “us”) is a professional network operated by CloudVerg LLC. By creating an account or using introworth.com you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information about yourself, your employers and your education.
  • One person, one account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • We may suspend accounts that impersonate others, misrepresent credentials, send spam, harass members or break the law.

Paid messages and unlocks

  • Members may set a price for messages from people they are not connected with, and for one-time access to parts of their profile.
  • When you send a paid message, your card is authorised for the displayed price. It is captured only if the recipient replies or declines with a reason within their stated reply window; otherwise the authorisation is released and you are not charged.
  • Profile unlocks are charged immediately and give you permanent access to that section of that profile.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Introworth keeps a platform fee (shown on the Pricing page) from each payment; the rest is transferred to the recipient's Stripe account. Recipients are responsible for any taxes on their earnings.
  • A reply is any genuine answer. Replies that are automated, empty, or made only to capture payment may be refunded and the account suspended.

Getting paid

To receive payments you must complete Stripe's onboarding and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe may require identity verification and may decline or limit accounts at its discretion.

Sample profiles

The directory includes clearly labelled sample profiles that illustrate how the network works. They do not represent real people, cannot be contacted or paid, and any employer or school names on them are illustrative and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping, bulk data collection, automated messaging, or attempts to circumvent pricing (for example, asking members to move a paid conversation off-platform to avoid fees on the same conversation).
  • No soliciting of anything illegal, no bribery, and no offers to government officials or others whose employers prohibit paid contact.
  • Respect members' time: a paid message is not a licence to harass.

Content

You own what you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Introworth is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any outcome from a conversation, introduction or unlock. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees we earned from your transactions in the previous twelve months.
