Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This policy explains what Introworth (operated by CloudVerg LLC) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account and profile: name, handle, email, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash), headline, location, experience, education, skills, intents and pricing settings.
  • Messages: the conversations you have on Introworth. Staff do not read message content except to investigate a report or where the law requires.
  • Payments: card payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers or bank details; we keep the amounts, status and Stripe reference for each payment.
  • Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security for up to 30 days. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels.

How we use it

  • To run the network: show your profile, rank search results, deliver messages and process payments.
  • To send transactional email (paid messages, replies, invitations, receipts). You can turn these off in Settings.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.

What others can see

Your profile is public except sections you mark “connections only” or “paid”. Your email is shown only in the Contact section, under the visibility you choose. Earnings are private to you.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate Introworth (Stripe for payments, our own infrastructure for hosting and email), when required by law, or with your direction. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access and edit your data in Settings. To export or delete your account, email [email protected] from your account address. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have additional rights, including objecting to processing and lodging a complaint with a regulator.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request, except payment records we must retain for tax and accounting.
