Overview

Based in Lisbon. I work on B2B dashboards at N26. Cut support tickets about enterprise by 35% with clearer copy and states. Ran 48 usability sessions and turned them into a research repository. Most at home with Figma and information architecture. Swimming before work keeps me sane.
