Engineering Manager, Plume Finance - Go · Erlang/OTP · Elixir
11 years in software engineering, the last 3 at Plume Finance, where I lead the real-time team. Cut p99 latency on the real-time services from 695ms to 139ms. Built the experimentation framework 11 product teams use to ship changes safely. Most at home with WebSockets and Redis.
