Overview

I've spent 10 years on developer products - first at BP, now at Deliveroo. Cut time-to-first-value for new developer customers from 19 days to 2. Ran 140 customer interviews before writing the first spec. Before that: Rightmove and Tesco. Most at home with technical product management and documentation. I mentor first-time managers when I can.
