Overview

15 years in product design, the last 1 at Procter & Gamble, where I lead the research team. Cut support tickets about research by 32% with clearer copy and states. Built a component library 40 engineers ship with every day. Before that: Airbnb and Procter & Gamble. Most at home with interviews and user research.
