Overview

Engagement Manager at Dovetail Advisory, focused on digital transformation. Designed the operating model for a 13 thousand-person transformation. Led a cost programme that saved a client $94 million. Before that: Siemens and LVMH. Most at home with cloud strategy and change management. Swimming before work keeps me sane.
