I started Saffron Energy to fix HR software for teams who were tired of the workarounds. Raised $32 million across 3 rounds. Grew the team to 58 people across 5 countries. Before that: Monzo and Boston Consulting Group. Most at home with developer tools and HR tech. Parent of two, so mostly sleep-deprived.
