Overview

5 years in operations, the last 3 at Anchor Data, where I work on the bizops team. Ran the bizops program across 10 teams to launch on schedule. Launched operations in 22 cities. Previously at American Express. Most at home with OKRs and SQL. Parent of two, so mostly sleep-deprived.
