Overview

I've spent 15 years on developer products - first at HSBC, now at SABIC. Killed 3 features nobody used and shipped the 3 that customers asked for. Before that: Uber and du. Most at home with APIs and documentation. I teach a weekend class on documentation.

Good reasons to reach out
  • Roles in developer products
  • Thoughtful intros to people in my field
  • Second opinions on documentation decisions
  • Questions about developer products
Please don't message about
  • Feature requests for my employer's product
  • Sales demos
  • SEO and link-building offers
