Senior Engineering Manager at Northgate Networks · Search and ranking
I've spent 13 years on search and ranking - first at Kotak Mahindra Bank, now at Northgate Networks. Cut p99 latency on the search services from 528ms to 61ms. Mentored 9 engineers through their first promotion. Before that: EY and Larsen & Toubro. Most at home with Backstage and A/B testing. I host a monthly meetup on search and ranking.
