Overview
I've spent 5 years on user research - first at Kotak Mahindra Bank, now at Quill Pay. Shipped the research redesign that lifted task completion 33%. Built a component library 86 engineers ship with every day. Most at home with interviews and synthesis. I speak at conferences a couple of times a year.
