Overview

I've spent 9 years on AI features - first at Stripe, now at Delta Security. Killed 5 features nobody used and shipped the 4 that customers asked for. Ran 200 customer interviews before writing the first spec. Before that: Tesla and Stripe. Most at home with LLM products and user research. I mentor first-time managers when I can.
