Overview

I've spent 8 years on marketplace operations - first at Oracle, now at Denholm Consulting. Rebuilt the planning process the company still runs every quarter. Brought support first-response time from 20 hours to under 2. Before that: Capital One and Oracle. Most at home with supply growth and city launches.
