Overview

CTO at Arbor Bio, focused on real-time systems. Brought on-call pages for real-time down from 35 a week to 1. Grew the real-time team from 5 to 22 engineers. Before that: Oracle and Monday.com. Most at home with Elixir and Redis. I speak at conferences a couple of times a year.
