Design Manager, Redfern Technologies - operations · service design · workshops
Comp ₹44-49 LPA. Four conversations, no take-home. Message me with one thing you shipped that you're proud of.
12 years in product design, the last 4 at Redfern Technologies, where I lead the service design team. Brought the service design flows to WCAG 2.2 AA. Shipped the service design redesign that lifted task completion 34%. Before that: Cognizant and Ola. Most at home with service design and journey mapping.
