Overview

Based in San Francisco. I work on real-time systems at Airbnb. Wrote the Redis service that now handles 10 million requests a day. Moved 95% of real-time traffic off a legacy monolith without a customer-facing incident. Before that: Lockheed Martin and Reddit. I mentor students through university programmes.
